I just think that with even a small amount of lag, the pacers would be unplayable on hard. I would not be able to play anyone from AUS then, as it always lags a little bit, and is just barely playable right now on normal.

Exactly! The problem with hard is that it would limit the number of people we can play with and God knows what with all the quitters, we are already limited so anything that further decreases the number of people we can play with will not be welcome. Normal I think is fine for online.

When i voted this morning hard had a 75% advantage. Believe me guys, if you choose normal you're making a mistake.

Problem is, not everyone would want to play on-line in the same manner. It kind of needs two on-line modes...Until there is a better method which suits everyone, I think it's best for it to be normal. Hardcore on-line players are probably still not in the majority compared to casual PnP on-line players, ergo it has to be normal, for now.

Until we can save Test matches online, it might as well be a six-em-up as people won't be playing for long periods of time and will probably want to get as much action in as possible.

I wonder if Hard for PC but Normal for console would be an option? Might suit the demographic a bit better.

Wouldn't we really actually need to know how the game is affected by the upcoming patch to be able to make a more objective analasyse?

If the batting and bowling have changed significantly, as seems to be the general vibe, isn't that going to affect online play as well and won't that experience need to be taken into count and can you ask more than one question in the same sentence and is that grammatically viable and am I getting off-topic?

Normal is better. Lot of people struggle online just on normal
If they bump it up to hard lot of people will just stop playing online
I have hard enough time right now finding people to play, forget good competition.

On this forum almost everyone plays on hard because we are hardcore cricket fans. However when it comes to this it's almost 50/50. If the hardcore cricket fans don't 90%like it then don't put it in.

Normal is a joke offline though.
