overseas crazy, i'm pissed off

aiiright when i started the season, M asif is there but i couldn't buy him because of overseas limits, now that i auto played a whole season (took me a while), asif is not in the list, :

I stopped the game, so My save file stays there. Will re loading help him come back?

If you want him that bad just play International.
