Hi all,
I just decided I wanted to play some cricket and remembered I had Ashes Cricket 2009 in my Steam library.
After installing the game and starting fine, I am experiencing game freezing/crashing, and it always seems to be after hitting a four or six, when the umpire signals the boundary.
I have to close the game from the task manager, as it becomes unresponsive.
I have tried giving the .exe admin privileges, and running it in Windows 7 and XP (SP3) compatibility mode, and that did not help. I also tried lower my resolution down from 2560x1440 to 1920x1080 and turning the crowd off, and that too did not help.
My computer is very high end (9700K, Z390-F, 32GB 3200MHz RAM, GTX 1080 Ti), so I don't see that being the problem.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
