[PCCL 2010] Preseason Tournament

The PCCL Season 2010 Preseason Tournament has been announced. Teams will have one week to get their stuff together,
as the tournament is planned to begin on July 26, 2010.

Each team will play each other team once. An effort will be made to produce a balanced number of home and away
games for each team. The final will be held between the two teams with the highest number of points.

All games will be Twenty20.
