Afridi looks nice but there's lot's of room to improve. Tendulkar on the other hand doesn't look like himself in the team menu but I think I did see a little bit of him in the match view.

Don't worry it's a pretty decent start and you're doing what not many would try their hands at: making patches. I'm sure you will improve. Everyone starts small.

Well as a rough guess I'll have to say this one is slightly better than the last one. I think the mouth and the nose need some work but then again, I'm not very good at suggesting improvements. I would advise you to have a good reference picture and compare it to this from time to time.
