Planetcricket Admin takes very seriously any statements made by members regarding the quality of the running of the forums.
We pride ourselves on doing the job to the best of each and every person's abilities and are constantly looking at ways of improving to further ensure the continued success of PC as the biggest and best Cricket/Gaming website.
So to this end, the admins will look closely into all the comments made, and we hope to end up with a forum we can be continue to be proud of.
However, we feel we must clarfiy at this stage the following points to avoid any further confusion that seems to be arising:
Finally since he has lost the confidence and respect of both the staff and administrators by making his concerns public instead of sharing them privately first it is with great reluctance that we must part company with Duffarama as a staff member. He has been a great asset to the staff and put in a huge amount of work most recently on the forum upgrade. However the forum has to come first and it was no longer possible for Duffarama to remain on the staff.

- Without any members, we obviously agree there would be no forum. However without the admin team there would also be no forum. We are here to set the rules and to ensure we have staff who are more than capable of enforcing them. Whilst we gladly welcome feedback, we shall continue to run the forum as we see fit to the continued benefit of the forum
- Regardless of what people think, there has never been 100% freedom of speech at PC. Certain things as laid out in the rules will always be moderated to ensure the continued smooth running of the forums.
- As has been mentioned in the feedback forum, the correct procedure for complaints is to PM an admin and we will look into it and get back to you.
- As has been acutely observed, the thread in the feedback forum shows what can happen to threads that are left unmoderated. Flaming, squabbling etc and this is why we have rules!
- Should any member unfortunately feel he cannot agree to abide by the rules etc then that member is obviously free to leave as they see fit. They would of course be welcome back as and when the situation should arise
