chewie's tools means a combination of 2 file
1) ICC Scout
2) ICC Editor


btw, i got same result, when
1) i used the version 9.06 of this game.
2) i was using ICC Scout 2008.

otherwise, i dont think there should be any other reason.

the download u and Chewie gave has the name icc 2009 scout but when u open the scout ICC Scout 2008 appears in the title bar. I think the problem is wrong file uploaded. i have the updated 9.13 thats why the editor works. Can u upload the the scout u have. and also check the title bar of ur file.

Note : I also downloaded the one u gave on the previous page. it also displays Icc Scout 2008 in title bar.

It should still work. It's cos Fe only had to slightly edit the 2008 version to work with the 2009 game

I have a problem with the ICC Scout.

It's a RAR file, and for some reason I can't run them on my laptop.

yeh you are correct that in title bar it says ICC 2008 Scout..

but it is working for me.....

may be you are having some other problem

you need to get a program that can un-rar it. Such as winrar or 7-zip

Is there any easier way to sort the players with the ICC09 scout?.. When I clicked load, it loaded 3,500~ players, many which I won't need.

you have to click on the title given above to sort by that way

For eg, if you want to arrange according to batting points, then you have to click on Batting Points above, so all the players will be arranged in accordance to their batting points...

You can also sort players by their nationality, just click on nationality first and then click on Batting Points
