It's a pretty even split. BLIC has the major advantage over C2k5 that all the players have correct (and individial) faces and if that is something that bothers you, you should definitely get it. We've not been able to patch C2k5 to achieve this yet. BLIC also has a far wider variety of bowling actions.
It sounds like, in your case, BLIC would be better.

Go for BLIC2005 the graphics are solid and the game is worth watching.

can you create your own player on brian lara?
i know u can do that on cricket 2005

also, can you make your own team up (dreamteam)? can u do that on both games?

some of u have said that BLIC has better graphics, but one person said that BLIC has a cartoony look. lol thats confusing

also, does each player have their own bowling action in both of those games?

i remember playing the older version of brian lara where each player had their correct bowling actions in the game

Cricket 2005 has one action for each type of bowler. BLIC has several different actions for each type of bowler. These include Shane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan actions. The other actions in BLIC are made up I believe.

Which version of BLC had real actions for each bowler?

Cricket 2005 doesnt have seperate bowling actions.You can download the demo of c2005 frm the EA website.u cant create a new team in c2005,but u already have a world test xi and world odi xi in c2005.
