Plugin or Software for opening TMD Files

Hi

I am new to this forum and i am looking a photoshop plugin that could read .tmd and .tml extension files. They are graphics file for some game and now i want to edit these files and i am unable to find them. Please anyone of you help me in getting this plugin or suggest anysoftware taht could help me in opening these files.
