Can you downlaod patches for PS3 games or is that only for PC??

I want to purchase this game for the PS3 graphics etc.. but am not sure about how to download a patch for it to sort out the un-licensed teams..?

Well, I have read in an interview that they will release undates for the PS3 and hopefully X-Box 360 platforms. Not sure if you have heard of the game WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009, but they actually update the games for 360 and people can download that and update their game. Same thing will be with this game.:banana2

on 360 for madden and ncaa games u can download updated rosters all the time. but i doubt a cricket game will be so supported

Well lets get back on topic now guys... so about child porn lol... just kidding. I am interested in the creating a player. Hopefully it is more like in 2005 and not like in 2007, cause it was good being able to improve your player and make them and allrounder not a bolwer and a batsman or a player that is not great at anything. And its not that hard to go through and change all the players names... just time consuming. i did it with 2005. although it did take a fair bit of time, always had to double check the spelling of the subcontinent players lol.

You know how Fifa said they did 250 improvements in 09, well they need to remove 250 bugs on EA cricket 07. Let's hope Ashes cricket doesn't have any frustrating bugs, or any bugs for that matter. But that is inevitable.

Yes, as long as they put the same effort into the PC version and we don't have a nonsensical 'NG/CG' situation like with EA and Fifa.

As for the Ashes themselves? I think it'll be a very close fought series.
