problem with the game....plzzzzz help

can some1 tell me what's wrong....my game used to run fine but now when i play a match and finish it or quit in the middle when the game returns to main menujust the background appears and it keeps flashing.....the buttons don't appear.....it used to run fine earlier.....i have windows xp pentium 4 geforce 2.......i have reinstalled the game twice and still the same prob.....some1 plzzz help

This is most likely the problem you are having. The GeForce2 is probably is starting to conflict with something or the drivers have become all mixed up and the best way to fix it is to download the newest drivers from www.nvidia.com and re-install. If you are using the original Windows XP GeForce drivers be bewared because these are not very good drivers, always use the ones from nvidia.

Also you could also re-install DirectX.

ive installed the new drivers....i also installed dirctx 9....but same problem still
but 1 prob when i uninstalled the old detonator drivers and restarted my computer my xp automatically automatically installed the detonator drivers...i don't think those were the latest and then i installed the new 1's on top of the old 1....was that what i did wrong or is this some other problem....coz my game used to run perfect earlier(a month back)

after I finally decided to purchase Cricket 2002 (about 19days ago) :P this has happened ever since.

128mb
Windows XP Pro
Geforce2 MX/MX 400 64MB (December 3rd, 2002 41.09 drivers)
Directx 9

It can be anything not pertaining to the menu (eg. Training nets, CREDITS!!! :o , match, anything) and my menu comes back all flashy with no buttons, NOTHING. So far I can only play exibition matches BECAUSE for tournaments you need to SAVE AFTER the match
Even now I just hear music and I'm sitting here ::stupid:: and the screen stays blank...my usual routine "ALT+F4" and the f***ers GONE! d
I don't think the driver on driver is the problem. If you get a solution..HELP!

the worst thing is that it used to run fine but suddenly 1 day after playing for 2-3 months this problem comes up.........only exhibition matches i can play.......some1 with a soultion plzzz let me know!!!
