Still a problem - main menu jams

hi there,
i downloaded the new geforce mx drivers from the link on this forum. the game startred and i could play it. however on exiting a match and going back to the main menu of the game errors ocur. basically the main menu crashes. only the background appears no buttons nothing. i have to exit the game using task manager n reload. everytime i exit a match this problem occurs.
any ideas y?

This has been reported by some more people and I believe someone posted about this in the forum too. At present, it looks to me as if the drivers don't fix the incompatibility issues completely. I think you should try the following general purpose things:
1. Update dirextX
2. Free some ram before starting to play(ideally you should only have "explorer" open in the task manager).

You can also try to mail Nvidia with your problem and see if they can help in any way.

Yeah mate

The menu stuff is still there

But if you do habve Win 98 install the drivers for it from www.cricket2002.tk and you can play with no mnu problems at all. There are 0 problems in Win 98 and Geforce now :P :laugh:
