Question about the coaching.

What is the difference between the practice and technique? Does techniue make the player's skills permanently go up and the practice jsut teh form?

Practice is a short-term solution to form...Technique is long-term.

Younger players benefit from Technique coaching more than older players.

yes, if you get a good young player, who isnt quite ready for the first team, play him in the seconds and keep coaching him technique
