hows my try? followed most of the tut though dont have the brush used with those lines. can anyone tell me which brush it is and where to get it?

Firstly, good try with the sig. The text could be worked on and I don't think the light textures suit that kind of sig. A couple of effects on the render and a couple of gradient maps would improve the sig a lot.

My outcome...Skipped the end part though...

The render doesn't blend very well at all; select the render layer and go Layer>Matting>Defringe>1px. Then using a small, soft brush set to 50% flow and 50% opacity erase around the edges of the render and fingers crossed it should be well blended.
