Realism

I think the game is lacking one major part when it comes to realism - injuries!

I hit a batsmen in the head with a 101 mph bouncer and he carried on!

Now I'm certain I would have done serious damage to his neck at that speed! So theres no way he would have carried on!

If the game had realistic injuries then I think it would all be complete!

And not just random ones like ICC (injuries in the field). Like, after 3 overs you get a message saying your opening bowler has fractured his foot. Its like, wtf?

Yeh if they get hit on the arm they can go off because its hurting too much!!
