registry failed with error: 0x80004005. solution please

I tried to run baggi studios & i was told that
"Component 'comdlg32.ocx'' or one its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid"

then i googled that file & placed in c:\windows\system32 location.

when i tried to register in run with this code regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx

a pop up message showed like this

I have zero knowledge in commands . so if anyone finds any solution i will be really thankful to them.

Click start, type CMD, and on the CMD icon that comes up above it, right click, click run as administrator, and then use the command. It should work.

Oh no you have to write

regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx

in CMD
