Should a request forum be a good idea?

Just make a "Request" thread sticky, if it hasn't been done already.

We're not making a new forum to benefit people who can't read stickyed threads that are in every forum that tell you what to do in this particular forum. They are there for a reason, and are clearly labelled 'Read before posting!'

You also aren't helping your case by taking a not so subtle jab at the moderators.

There is no way we are going to make a requests forum, just post your requests in the appropriate threads. I'd be happy to stick a specific requests thread but most people prefer to do requests in their own thread. Just find someone with requests turned on and request something there, it isn't too hard.

I won't let this go down easily I am not letting this forum request go down without a fight

Well there is absolutely no reason to have a request thread. You request in peoples threads.. its easy.

You just want to be the center of attention in PC and everyone to notice you it seems.

Just to add... In the poll why did you put "I feel people cant request freely?"

You go to anyones thread, request what you want and wait for it to get done. Is this just because you want more requests so if theres a request thread you can do them and get reps or something?

As you might have noticed GG, the answer is no. We want to have less forums not more, and anyone who takes just a few seconds to read before posting (which is one of our rules) can figure out where to request things. For some forums it is in the forum description how to request things, and if someone can't figure it out from that they deserve not to have their request filled. Considering the effort people take in doing requests it isn't unreasonable to expect someone to put some effort into reading.

As for your other question, no the mods won't be kind enough to leave this open, there is no reason to think that you will come up with a valid argument that will change our minds on this.

Thread closed.
