I think he is one hell of a guy. 8 times Mr. Olympia!!! The guy is huge and those cuts, man.... I have all of his 4 DVDs, First Training Video, The Unbelievable, The Cost Of Redemption, and On The Road.

I find The Cost Of Redemption the best out of the lot.

Although he lost this year's Mr. Olympia to Jay Cutler, but looking at the contest pics, he should have won.

His Bodybuilding Titles:

1990 Mr. Texas (Heavyweight & Overall)
1991 World Amateur Championships (Heavyweight)
1995 Canada Pro Cup
1996 Canada Pro Cup
1997 Grand Prix Russia
1998 Night of Champions
1998 Toronto Pro Invitational
1998 Mr. Olympia
1998 Grand Prix Finland
1998 Grand Prix Germany
1999 Mr. Olympia
1999 World Pro Championships
1999 Grand Prix England
2000 Mr. Olympia
2000 Grand Prix England
2000 World Pro Championships
2001 Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic
2001 Mr. Olympia
2001 New Zealand Grand Prix
2002 Mr. Olympia

Why would you sacrifice so much in your life to become a professional body builder? I just do not understand the mentality.

Some guys are like himself are genetically gifted. So i guess they start out as normal bodybuilders but seeing the results they know they can make it big. So why not??

I mean i workout and i find myself much better looking now than when i was skinny.

Why do people sacrifice so much to become good in running, or kicking a ball, or hitting a ball with a bat? It's what they like, and what they enjoy to do. It's their wish, nothing wrong with it.
