Rugby 2004

I was wondering if any of you could help me. I'm try to edit rugby 2004, the kits. But i dont know how. I can edit kits etc in the sense i'm good at graphics. I know Rugby 2004 is from the same developer hb studios and they're both from EA Sports. I think the files are stored in a file called rgby_pc.hbp as it is 408mb and i've looked through all the other files. Could anyone help me to unpack rgby_pc.hbp and edit the kits? Its just something that would be good cause scotland's kits need a tocuh up B) .

Someone might help you since there seems to be alot of geniuses in here that know how to do that type of thing.
But since its Rugby2004 you might be out of luck.
