Okay, I don't want to bore you all, but every league needs some rules to keep it running.

Signing up
Sign-ups are now open (*fanfare*) and are probably going to be operated on a first-come first-serve basis. To sign up, simply add your name to this form:

Highlands - 
Islands - 
Lothian - 
Strathclyde - 
Tayside -

Squad and line-up rules
Squads will be made up of 15 players, containing a minimum of ten Scottish players.
Playing XIs can contain no more than three capped internationals.
This distinction is very important, and will make more sense when I've put the player pool up.

Points
Keeping things simple - 2 points for a win, 1 for a tie, none for a loss.
