Wasim Akram- Welcome everybody to the Sharjah Cricket Ground.We are here for what would be a quarter finla of the tournament. A loss on either side and that team would be out of reckoning from this Coca-Cola Cup.The weather is perfect as it has been right throughout. No chanc eof rain or anything and we also have a pretty fast outfield.

Ravi Shashtri- We have a fantastic pitch over here.It is a typical Sharjah wicket with lots of runs and this will definately break up as the night wears on.We saw that happen in the last match and ther eis every possibilty that it can happen today also.

Pakistan have an advantage by batting first on this track but SriLankan bowling attack is strong enough to restrict Pakistan to a low score.

Sri Lanka lost their second consecutive match of the Sharjah Cup,thereby virtually eliminating themselves from the tournament. For starters, the Lankan bowling continued their good form and reduced Pakistan to 4/56.
But a brilliant century from Misbah and a 96 * from S Malik saw Pakistan post a humongous 5/277.
Later on,it was the Lankans to were to bat. They failed miserably and managed to pile up 188,just bettering their score against India. Here,it was the Pak captain S Malik who led from the front.

Mahela : We did not deserve to win after such a pathetic performance,but we still have not lost hope. It now comes down to run-rate and we hope that India wins the remaining two matches so as to give us a chance of playing the finals.
Shoaib: We had a plan and we followed it. The boys played well inspite of losing early wickets. The team responded during fielding and i thought Misbah's batting was phenomenal.

Harhsa Bhogle : Hello everyone and welcome to the 4th match of the series between India and Australia. Tis is going to be great as India would like top extend their winning streak over the World Champs and the Aussies will be out there trying to avenge their defeat in the Cb Finals.
Ian Chappell : Sure enough,it should be great and we all know that the last time these two met here,pandemonium had reigned in the form of Agent Sachin Tendulkar who was on Mission Desert Storm. India will be looking for a repeat of the same here.
Sunil Gavaskar : The Little Master has been at his prophetic best at Sharjah,just see what happens now.

Adam Gilchrist : It is very hot out here,typical UAE with 39 C and 80 % humidity. Conditions will be tiring out there and the pitch has got some bounce.Early on there should be some seam movement,wouldnt be surprised to see a side with 3 seamers here. The outfield is somewhat fast. So,i reckon a score of 250-260 should be very competitive here.

A cracking performance by Irfan Pathan saw Australia fold up for a meagre 184. None of the Aussies got going and it was only a late surge from the tailenders who saw Australia reach 184.
