If you want to raise the middle of the bat add more grips or heavier ones. I'm not sure how to lower it though... Heavier toe guard or less grips i suppose.

Its obvious that adding more grips would make the bat heavy. But, the reason some players add more grips to the bat is to get more manueverability.
