My Photoshop trial has expired. I'll have a look into buying it, it's a really great program. In the meantime I'll use Illustrator, it comes with a special disc. I hope Windows Vista has a program like Photoshop as standard, better than Paint.

andy arent you just making a signature then putting in pictures in imageready?

No No No, nowt like that, here's what i did:

1. New Image (400x100)
2. Got picture of Stadium
3. New layer, Fill with Dark Blue, set opacity on 75%
4. Got picture of England Flag, turn it 25 degreesanti- clockwise, paste, opacity to 50%
5. Got Picture of the Barmyarmy & Michael Vaughan, merge both pics into one layer and set opacity to 15%
6. Cut pictures of the Ashes Urn & England Logo, paste

Background Complete

7. Got seperate pictures of Trescothick and Vaughan, cut both out and paste both on sig, megre the layers to each other
8. Got seperate pictures of Flintoff & Pietersen, cut both out and paste both on sig merge those two pics together but don't merge to the vaughan/trescothick picures
9.Got seperate pictures of Harmison & Giles, cut both and paste both on sig, megre the two pictures together.

Imageready

10. Copy the first frame 3 times to make 4 frames, make the trescothick/ vaughan pictures visible on frame one, Flintoff/pietersen visible on frame two, Harmison/Giles visible on frame three, leave the fourth frame with just the background.
11. the three frames with the players on it, set them to 2 seconds
12. tween the first frame, and choose 5 layers
13. tween the last frame of the first tween of the picture and choose five layers.
14. repeat for the other two layers.
15. Save optimized as...

Done.

Sorry if its a bit rough, i tried to do it as quick as i can

Nope, its does it automactily (sp?) according to the amount of frames selected when tweening
