Signiture linked

I am struggling to have my signature linked so that it can take you to my Ashes story, and I also want there to be a rollover.

I would be grateful for any help on how to do it as every time I upload the image to imageshack the image just comes up and it is not linked and the rollover is not there.

btw I am using PSP. Here is rollover and the signature is the one I am using at the moment.
