Some new rules to keep planet cricket clean

Planet Cricket is a great forum but some users keep non-decent avatars and signatures so bye making a rule we can avoid those non-decent stuffs

If members follow the current rules, we have that covered. You are encouraged to report any such instance so that the staff can take care of the matter. It is not possible for us to keep an eye on everyone in this forum, and reporting posts leads us where it's needed.

He must have meant my avatar which i have taken it down but i will use it again. PC is not a jail, i think avatars and profile pictures totally belongs to the user.

I think MattW did that by accident during the last update and Colin had to clean up. Or maybe it was the other way around. It didn't fix anything though. Pallu is still here .
