i want to ask some question regarding the site because no mods replied me.

how can we get into the news team,patch team,a.i patch team and staff team member.

how can we change the user titles under our name?
why sometimes the server is very slow?
what is reps?

The staff members will decide that if someone is suitable for the job .It depends on your activeness ,your quality of posts and your interest in that particular field.

how can we change the user titles under our name?

We cant change it as it changes after you reach few milestones with you posts eg. after 500 posts, 1000 posts and so on.

what is reps?

Reps are reputation points which are given by members depending upon the quality of posts . You can check your last 10 reps from the User CP .
