42.6 Overs: Smith has really hit Bridge around the park here this over but he musn't get to carried away. He goes to the off side and tries to sweep. He's played that too early and it's hit the toe and straight back to bridge for an easy catch. 145/3 now but a standing ovation from the 500 or so fans here at Chester le Street for a brilliant captains knock. Well played sir!

End of innings: A flurry of wickets at the end brought Somerset to 165/7 at a run rate of 3.7 on a slow pitch that seemed to have a little in it for the bowlers. The 5th, 6th and 7th wicket fell for no runs as Noffke finished up with 3 for 29. Johnson's move up the order failed and Hildreth and Laraman added 7 runs off the last over to get into the 160's. Burns finally went for 72 after a brilliant over consisting of a six and a four. Should be a hard total to chase down but the Somerset bowlers need to bowl in the right areas if they want to win this one.

Well, A very well played 50 for Peng here with a number of excelent shots and the Somerset pace bowlers just haven't been able to dislodge him! Superb stuff.

22.5 Overs: The spinners have bowled tidely but will need some wickets if Somerset are gonna pull this win out of the hat. That's pitched on middle and stayed a bit low and hit Coetzer on the pad. That's gotta be out it hasn't spun at all and the Umpire gives it. Brilliant bowling from Blackwell.

29.2 Overs: Well Godwin and Blackwell are tying things up here but still only needing 2.5 an over it looks like a Durham win. Godwin drops that back of a length. It spins and Peng connects and that's going to be four. No wait Bond has taken a blinding catch at silly point That's one of the catches of the season, that ball must of been travelling at some distance! Simply sensational stuff from Bond!

29.3 Overs: Well the new man in is Gary Pratt who famously ran out Ricky Ponting in last years Ashes series. Godwin to come around the wicket to him. That's hit his apds and the appeal goes up! Out! That's 2 in 2 and Godwin is on a hat-trick. Great bowling from the young rookie.

42.6 Overs: Well only 2 need now from 2.1 overs should be easy for Barrick and Collingwood. That's a firey ball from Laraman and Barrick's missed it. That's taken out leg stump and with 2 runs needed Durham have lost their fourth wicket. Surely they can't lose it from here though!
