There's gotta be at least a few jazz or soul fans out there.

Listening to the late greats Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Holiday, Armstrong and Simone. My personal favourites are Come Fly With Me, I Put a Spell on You and It's a Wonderful World. This kinda music puts me in a good place and features some of the most unique voices you're ever likely to hear.

Can't beat a bit of Michael Buble, bringing the fun in jazz back!

John Coltrane, my favorite. A Love Supreme is foping brilliant.

Michael 'I can't think of a single song myself so I'll just cover everyone else's' Buble

At least when Nine Simone covered Feeling Good, she completely changed the sound as did Muse when they covered her version. Buble didn't change anything except the tempo and a few instruments.

I'll accept that one. It's not as good as you make it out to be. There are artists who've made much better love ballads. Confused the single with Michael Bolton. Doesn't change the fact that Buble covers too many songs.

I've not got a huge knowledge on love songs, but from the ones I've heard it's up there, only beaten by Letter to Hermione by David Bowie, which I firmly believe is the greatest Love Ballad ever written. Loveee that song.

Yeh, he does cover quite a few tracks, but my favourite 2 Buble tracks are written by him, those being Home and Lost.

Memon House by Indian Ocean, try it you guys, such a jazzed up song.

Sinatra? Buble? Hah. No one beats Martin. No one.

Is Martin really classed as Jazz though? Songs like 'That's Amore' and 'Everybody Loves Somebody' don't sound like it to me. 'Mambo Italiano' would count though.

And Armstrong > Martin

lol, I can't get my head around Jazz, but I like some soul and blues, Otis redding, B.B King etc.

Ah, this is my place. Jazz I'm listening to at the moment:

Miles Davis - Milestones (Great preulude to Kind of Blue, thought a few tracks lacking in terms of subtelty imo)
Miles Davis - Ascenseur Pour L'Echafaud (Recorded for a French film, real erry feel and something completely different from Miles, adopting a free jazz style)
Duke Ellington - Live At Newport (The Duke at his best, great comeback. I'm loving the Johnny Hodges solos on here)
John Coltrane - Giant Steps (Just a classic)
Louis Armstrong - Hot Fives and Hot Sevens

Soul:

Gil Scott Heron - It's your world
Curtis Mayfield - Back to the world
The Impressions - The Yound Mod's forgotten story (One of my favourite albums of all time)
Donny Hathaway - Extension of a man
Issac Hayes - Hot Buttered Soul
