Just wondering who do people see the best spinner atm. I was thinking about which spinner I would like in my side but its quite even atm.
Looking at the spinners:
Bangladesh - Shakib Al Hasan, Razzaq, Mahmudullah, Enamul Haque jnr
England - Rashid, Swann
India - Harbhajan, Mishra
Australia - Hauritz, Krejza
NZ - Vettori, Patel
SA - Harris
Pakistan - Kaneria, Ajmal
SL - Murali, Mendis, Herath
Zimbabwe - Price, Utseya
West Indies - Benn
Harbhajan is probably the best atm with the slip of Murali. Who is behind him is interesting Murali is drawing his career to a close, Mendis still a mystery. Vettori is there abouts as is Shakib. Mishra started well but slipped of late but still one for the future. Herath is actually starting to look good for SL.
So my current ranking would be
Harbhajan
Murali
Vettori
Shakib
Shakib looks the best of the future bunch, Mendis we should know in a few years time. The other Bangladesh spinners also look good. And Herath might end up being the number 1 spinner for SL rather than Mendis.
