Sponsor sues the team!

See... It is clear that when the sponsorship deal was made, Kshitiz made it clear that the Sponsor name, whatever it may be, would have to be used everywhere the team name is mentioned. This is a fact and can be checked upon in the Losers that are Sydney McStallions team thread.

Dean expressed no concern over this matter, which obviously meant that he agreed.

Kshitiz did not want the braces, Dean wanted them, and did not agree initially. After a discussion, as can be seen in the team thread, it was decided that the brackets were not necessary.
This clearly explains, that Dean had No Problem with the fact that he was supposed to use the full sponsor name everywhere. He did not contest this fact the way he did regarding the brackets.

Later on, after they won players in the bidding, and made an announcement, they did not use the sponsor name. Kshitiz reminded them, which they conveniently ignored.
I also reprimanded them over this issue, yet they kept on ignoring this fact and still did not include the sponsor name in any of their posts.

Even in this thread, they have constantly said that they were not supposed to use the sponsor name everywhere. I have pointed out that when the agreement was made, it was told to them. What do they expect? we should prepare contracts on stamp papers?
Kshitiz's post was self explanatory that he wanted the sponsor's name everywhere the team name is mentioned.

Besides this, He has constantly tried to degrade his dignity by rubbishing the claims and trying to call him a cheater, and even though this issue had nothing to do with KI's vcash ban, he's trying his hardest to relate the both. His offer of 5 vcash is also a defamatory gesture.

Its up to Simbazz to decide what needs to happen, but I will leave him with this. This smells like a cheap tactic to try and get free money out of our not so deep pockets and if you do anything less than throwing the case out, I'm afraid you'll be setting a bad precedent for seasons to come.

Having said all that, this is just a simulation league run on vCash. So let's all not try and take this so seriously and bring out our respective ugly sides. Let's just play. My point of view is that Kshitiz is too involved with his vCash and it is indeed just trying to grab cheap cash. If he feels the team should be using it in everything then this is why contracts should be clearly written up, as owners etc would do!

Simon, I think an investigation must be done, because I think Kshitiz is attempting to financially support the team which gives him "unofficial" power to make decisions.

In all honesty, I granted Kshitiz allowence to have sponsorship rights. But as a community, do you think a person, who shouldn't have any connection with a team, should be allowed to have these rights?

Personally, I would take them off him. He is causing far too much work now, and in the end, its going to get into a huge mess.

Let me just clarify another thing. This has nothing to do with Vatican Victors.
Kshitiz was a sponsor, and before his vcash ban, the sponsorship was transferred to me. Now, on payment, the sponsorship has been transferred back to kshitiz.

I respect your concerns, but I can assure you that this is not between Vatican Victors and McStallions. It is a personal matter and let's not make it a team battle.

No, he expected you to use the sponsor name, and you never denied, so that means, you agreed to use the sponsor name everywhere you mention the team name.

I still don't have to do it just because I didn't say no. He has to establish the terms before he gives me the vCash. All he established was that he was sponsoring us. This is an online forum, you can't expect me to reply to every post. Not denying it doesn't mean anything, I simply didn't read it carefully. Were this real life, it would be a valid point, but it isn't, so I can't be expected to pay attention to everything said.

If you think that why I was banned was blackmail then you're as big a fool as the worst person I've ever seen because you can ask Tom himself for it wasn't blackmail. You really shouldn't poke your nose and say so confidently something which is wrong.

Secondly, it wasn't that I was ignoring this thread once I was supposedly "owned". I had told Simon on MSN it will be a while before I login next - I've got some problem in my eye which causes me not being able to concentrate on a screen for long.

I never called you cheats or anything, and you guys took it more seriously then I would have thought. It was supposed to be a bit if fun of a thread (If you be honest Simon we had talked over at MSN about this, and we discussed that "it should be fun and should add a nice twist to the story".), but the really stupid ways of Dean infuriated me, specially that "so kind" 5 vCash offer. The whole fact that I had sued in third person showed how this was supposed to be taken - But with you guys involving the vCash bans I had you turned this into a mess, and probably why I was infuriated upon this.

Simon, you said that lets not show our ugly sides, but who did it first anyways? Who was the one that got so involved with Cricsim and vCash that they started recalling past incidents, and actually started to debate by using them as "weapons" and relating stuff?

Also Simon, the logic about sponsor only allowed to be in connection with a team is flawed. Sponsors are sponsorers and not opposite team owners always. They invest money only - that's it.

I don't seem to be able to get the point out of this - the way its going. It has turned from a fun suing to a mess. Lets just end this here and establish that the Stallions finally have to use the name in all of there announcements, since they're being so conservative about there money.

Oh, and once again, out of goodwill, understanding the Stallions poor economic condition, and out of happiness that they finally understood that I want them to use it in every official announcement, I'm sending them 150k of vCash, but this certainly shouldn't be taken in a way that I am bribing them.

On the other hand, this has generated quite a lot of publicity for the PCPL so I wouldn't want this thread deleted!
