I'm a big advocate of this game but I'm still disappointed that sides can be bowled really cheaply with the spinners. I was in the middle of a really good tour match - Western Australia (cpu) made 328 and England made 377 in reply on a dry wicket. It's day 3 of a 4 day game and I bring Giles on for the first time. There are big rough patches so I bowl into these and he creates a chance every ball.
This is on medium level. I know people will say about not bowling certain deliveries but surely hitting the rough patches with a flighted ball has got to be a legitimate tactic.
Is there a patch that teaches the cpu how to play against spin on a dry or dusty wicket? I hope so but then again it shouldn't be up to you guys to sort out a big flaw in an otherwise excellent game.
