Finished setting up Win 10 a while ago. Played Cricket 19 without any Lighting problems. Can confirm that the bug has something to do with Windows 7 64 bit version. On Win 10 it is working flawlessly for me. Guess we have to wait for a patch from BA to be able to play on Win 7.

I have installed Win 10 only because I am desperate to play C19 over the weekends. As soon as BA release a fix, it's sayonara Win 10.
I am never going to install Windows 10 on my gaming rig till the time Windows 7 is there. I know they are gonna cut official support soon but hoping that the community will come together and figure some way out like unofficial patches.

Can let everyone know that we're aware of this issue - seems to only impact Windows 7 on Nvidia cards.
Thanks Matt, any ETA on a patch ?

I am creating a new thread on this as discussion relating to the said issue was getting buried under other discussions in the 'General Discussions' thread.

Original Post:

The problem was there in Demo version as well.

Specs: Monitor-Acer XB271HU (Connected via Display Port), GPU- Asus GTX 1080 ROG Strix, CPU-i7 6700k, RAM-16GB DDR4,

@relaxedanderson has also mentioned that he's facing similar problems.

I hope @BigAntStudios take a look into this. Any ideas for fixing this problem?

Hi Guys
Having same issue with my windows 7 PC with Nvidia 750GTX TI see attached images just at one end of the grounds during daylight games.

Contacted HES the game developers [email protected] and they have replied requesting my DXDIAG file.
Said it was a video card driver issue. They are going to get back to me with a fix.

"HOLD down windows key and press R

Type in DXDIAG and press enter.

Once the direct x diagnostic tool loads, click the SAVE ALL INFORMATION button.

Save the data to a file and email me that file."

So hopefully will get a Windows 7 fix. I hate windows 10.

Cheers
Pete

Are there any Windows 8 64-bit users here? Not 8.1, 8. The lighting issue happens on Win 8 as well, for me. I have to buy an ssd before installing Win 10, so that will take me a while. Hope a patch arrives soon.

No fix this time round. Probably a bit soon.

Yep HES blamed my Pc saying it is a driver issue and it does not have the processing ability to render all the textures within the game.
This happens when it close to the min requirements. They said can't say for sure if Windows 10 would solve the issue.

HES aren't involved in the development/publishing of Cricket 19 - so not sure what they are basing their response on. The contact point for support on Big Ant games is via https://support.bigant.com.

I can't currently give an estimate, but it is being worked on.

Cheers for keeping us up to date. I thought that HES thing sounded a bit odd, doesn't really fit with anything in this thread.

As a temporary workaround, floodlit matches look great with no shadow issues. I think I'll stick with them until a fix.

Hi
To put the record straight when I contacted Big Ant they advised me to contact HES and supplied the email address. I can send you the responses if you like. Anyhow I have had an update to say they have recreated the issue and are hoping to sort a patch out no ETA as yet.
Many thanks
