I put 31/2 tea spoons.

I love tea.
I put 2 usually. It wakes me up, and i usually have a cup the mornings i have to wake up at around 3 or so for Cricket matches.
But I don't mind hot chocolate either.

I once remember buying it from the school canteen and putting too much sugar in it, and when i drunk to the bottom, there was just a gloopy liquid. It tasted quite good actually.

Do you also take a big fluffy marshmallow with that as well?

I love tea, but have more or less stopped taking sugar with it. I use Splenda now, and take 1 spoon of that. Its not harmful for your body unlike sugar, and you don't need as much of it.
