Hello sunsamrat1980 the grills of helmet is not only present in SPIKES but also in GLOVES OF the kit so if you try to set transparency in the game for both the spikes and gloves maybe the skeleton of the grills might disappear. please kindly try and see what happens.

I had tried both ways earlier.. but it did not work either way.
However, changing in spikes itself takes care of grill. Hence to make colored helmets, just change the color in spikes.

Also sunsamrat1980 the grill is in the back of the kit so please have a look at that too if you get the time.

i downloaded your helmet patch but the helmets haven't changed!

sunsamrat1980 below are 3 screenshots of Back of kit and ingame shot of Wa kit if you see the grill is yellow when the camera is zoomed out when zoomed in it shows grey this is becuase the Back kit has yellow grill as I have shown with arrow mark where as the default spikes and gloves are grey so when it is zoomed in it shows as grey and when zoomed out it shows as yellow. Another point when you posted blue grill for the indian kit it showed blue when zoomed in because you had just changed the spike grill not the glove or the back of kit therefore when zoomed out it don't show blue because the back of kit also should be changed blue to get everything blue looking so I think if you do transparency for back of the kit where I have marked the arrow and the spike and glove hopefully we will have batsmen showing as wearing caps. Hope you understand pls try and see what happens. You could play a WA match and see it for your self the grill look yellow clearly when bowler comes in to bowl but when the cam is zoomed in on to the face the grill shows grey.

You could play a WA match and see it for your self the grill look yellow clearly when bowler comes in to bowl but when the cam is zoomed in on to the face the grill shows grey.

You need to change configuration setting to take care of this. I have kept 32-bits, Force LOD = High, Texture Filering = Trilinear and it works for me even by just changing the spikes. If I change these values, I face the same problem.
Anywayz.. I'll try to make the stuff transparent in the back kit and lets c if it works... (not expecting much this time as there is no grill in back kit)

I think if you do transparency for back of the kit where I have marked the arrow and the spike and glove hopefully we will have batsmen showing as wearing caps.

And that is my biggest worry for future games whether it is BLIC or CKT2005.
How can we tolerate Sachin and Sehwag playing for other teams also.
CKT2005 has already shown Warne and Gilchrist playing for England.. that is rubbish.

this no grill idea is stupid... especially the coloured grills... go make something worthwhile, like pitches you fool instead of wasting your time on **** things like no helmet grills...

yes thats too stupid for the game developers to think like that developing such a game why cant give faces to all players as they are
