God, I had this discussion with you last year. YOU CANT SIGN PLAYERS UNTIL THE DRAFT. I was signed in the draft last season like everyone else.

At the end of the day, all new players are put in a draft. Anyone can pick them. So if we attempt to sign someone, we can't, as they will be put in the draft anyway.

That way no one gets to go where they want and everyone has a whinge.
