I think Andrew Nixon is right about county versus state, a full state side would be ridiculous (a few years ago, a maximum capacity NSW would include Slater, M. Waugh, S. Cambridge UCCE 1st Innings: 151 all out
Middlesex 2nd Innings: 154/3 declared
Cambridge UCCE 2nd Innings: 277/8

Cambridge UCCE win by 2 wickets.

The UCCE program started in 2001. Prior to this season, only one UCCE team had beaten a first class county. This season has seen 3 wins for the UCCE teams. Looks like the program is finally starting to work.

They declared early on the final morning. To be fair, when you've bowled a team out for 151 in their first innings, you don't expect them to chase 277.

It was Scotland who beat Bangladesh last year.

If Ireland finish in the top 5 of the ICC Trophy, and a proposal is ratified at the ICCs next meeting, they will gain ODI status for the next 4 years.
