Swing Bowling V/s Fast bowling

Now A Days Except a few bowlers most of the bowlers are fast-medium who get their wickets by swinging the ball or bangIing it in to the pitch for the ball to skid.All though in past there were people like the Two W's of pakistan who were able to swing the bowl at 150 km/h now a days line and length is the mantra Only exception is breet lee who is able to swing it at that pace.so what do you thing is effective in modern cricket where pitches are mostly flat Swing Bowling Or Old School Fast Bowling.

for a flat wicket it would be swing bowling because fast bowling on a flat wicket will come on to the bat nicely

ya i too think swing bowling is handy on sub continent ptches and Bond is a treat bcoz he uses swing with his pace, happy that he is in that fit otherwise there is many sleeples nights for batsmen
