System Error

hi, whenever i try to get into editors or GamTweak it comes up with sysytem error, but i just noticed something today that in the top right-hand corner it says: jpkHACKER. h34r:
does anyone know if this means something? :unsure:

Are you using an always on net connection (ie broadband) if so your system is at great risk from hackers. I would suggest you install a good firewall.

radaga, i can give you clean versions of all the editing files, would you like me to send them to you? If they don't work then there must be something wrong with your runtimes

Just re-install the visual basic run-time files again.

Otherwise your computer may be due for a re-format.

yeah I'd suggest start by doing a full virus scan. if all clear then do a complete disk check. Then check if there are any 'strange' programs installed on your pc (remove them). and install a firewall (Zonealarm is a good one). .

radaga...i will post you my statseditor, if it doesnt work then do as Shailesh says and virus scan, if that fails then try defragmenting your hard drive, sometimes files get jumbled about, particularly if you have'nt done it for a while, or you have a lot of stuff stored on your PC. If that fails then well, you will definitely need some clean runtimes, i'm sure we can all help you out here buddy. izza:
