Nope, not there in Delhi. Actually upload is close to 85 MBPS!
I pay close to 1400 INR including taxes.

Woah...I pay 18 KD (3900 INR) for 21 MBPS and when the speed's distributed between 4 devices, the highest speed I get is around 1 MBPS on my desktop.

I have close to 7 devices including a Smart TV connected to my dual band router.

If you look at the right hand side bottom of that image, it says "Faster than 99% of IN"! I am just out of words!

I am in 75 GB, it's just about perfect for me as weekdays are very tight at work and i extensively use the internet on weekends only. There is also FUP of 500 GB for 100 MBPS plan!

^ I use that. And I don't think they cover Delhi. I inquired a lot while I was there but BSNL and Airtel were the only decent options available.

Beam is a part of ACT only. Not sure if they cover North India. Just try to check. I am sure ACT does not.
