How do you do it?

I first made the background white then applied effects on to it then the blue borders and attached the logo then wrote the names by writing second name and hiding the first then same for hiding the second and writing the third then applied frames to it its a long story but you guys can understand it!

The size of the previous siggy was really much and no one would have been able to use it so I removed the frames to make its size small and now you guys can use it!
