Total Club Manager 2005 was released in 2004 so it doesn't qualify for Game of the Year 2005, you can choose Fifa Manager 06 which was released in 2005 although I haven't played the game.

Has To Be Metal Gear Solid 3

Metal Gear Solid 3 was a great game but it was released in 2004,not in 2005.

Civ 4 deserves to be up there! It is easily the RPG game of the year!

It comes in strategy category,not RPG.The games in RPG category/genre are Final Fantasy,Dragon Quest,Shadow Hearts,Kingdom Hearts etc.
