Indian capain rahul dravid commented on the current side selected for the world cup to the media as
" I feel honoured to lead the national side for the world cup.I am very happy with the side selected having a perfect balance of youth and experience."

Media: What do u think of the guys that missed out?
Rahul: "I feel sad for them , i also know that they'll take this as a challenge and perform better as we proceed".

Media: Who would open during the world cup?
Rahul: "I think that will be decided once we reach there, depending on the conditions and opposition we would decide. We do have one of the best opening pair along with us in the form of sachin and sourav with both being in great form. Our chaces of winning the cup also depends on thier performance"
