Well well well, i think its time we win a game again guys. We have to get on the top of the log in one of the 3 formats.

Anyone heard of a team with 11 sleeping cricketers, who still win matches and top charts? That's us, LL- and that's why were are so special. We are the coolest team here, not the Wolvies. :cool::cool::cool:

Hello Everyone and the Warmest welcome. Yes the matches are back after a small break. Its not a good way to start though, two of the uncoolest teams of CCPC going head to head in the most exciting form of the game, yes a Twenty20 game. We're here at Old Trafford, Manchester. And the crowd is building in. They are expecting some funny moments in the game as they know that these uncool teams will have a boring game.
The pitch is flat and hard. The bowlers will get good bounce and the carry through will be good. What is more interesting is the overhead conditions. The grey cloud cover will assist the seam bowlers to swing it both ways. The batsmen can start off cautiously and then start banging the ball, only if they know how to...
The two captains are at the centre for the toss. There's some issue at the centre. World Champions and Tarzan, both came out to toss. World Champions was being arrogant and claimed that he is the captain. The team mates knew that since his head grew, he has been acting wierd. They faked the toss once, he lost the toss and went away. Then they tossed again, and again the Lions captain won the toss and elected to bat first. Tarzan was heard muttering bad words about WC. He was frustrated that WC brought bad luck to the toss and he was worried if he would cost them the match.
Lions openers Giggity and 20 20 Pro came out to bat. They started roaring out as loud as a squeaking mice. They called it as their warmup exercise. Looking at them WC was frustrated and he tried to make hissing sounds and called it as the warmup exercise of the Vipers. Finally the umpire got them to start the play. As expected the game was seriously boring, at the end of 6 overs, the openers scored only 31 runs. Had the bowlers bowled at stumps, they would've got a few wickets already. The bowlers bowl the ball, batsman swing the bat and define them as shots and the match gets no better. At the end of 11 overs, Lions manage 73 runs and the wickets are intact. Thanks to some power hitting of 20 20 Pro, the run rate is managed at just above 6.6 runs an over. 20 20 Pro finally finds some form and hits some glorious shots. And Giggity too got bit lucky with his wild swings. The entertainment that the crowd came for, finally arrived. Giggity slept at the non striker's end. 20 20 Pro tried to steal a run but he only realised that his partner was asleep when he reached him. The Vipers fielders tried a direct hit several times while 20 20 Pro tries to wake up Giggity. WC went upto the stumps and started his famous abusing song in Bengali accent. The stadium crew connected the stumps mic to the loudspeakers and people in the crowd started dancing thinking that WC is singing some song. WC was screaming hard and called for the ball. It was hen 20 20 Pro realized that he needs to get back to the crease. The throw came in from short cover and he threw it so hard that WC missed it completely, it hit him on his mouth and lucking fell on the stumps, bails went off and 20 20 Pro was short of the crease. The umpire was literally rolling on the floor laughing. While the physio was attending WC, the Lions' extra players came out and were successful in waking up Giggity. I really pity poor WC. Is it that the accidents happen with him or its that his team mates do that willingly, they only know best. Next came in KX who has the reputation of being the most boring test batsman. Giggity tried to show KX that he can bat slower than him. In the next 3 overs, they managed only 7 runs. The next 2 were no good, as they scored only 8 runs and the Lions finished at 130/1 at the end of 30 overs. The highlight of the game was Giggity who scored 47 runs off 65 balls and KX scored 11 runs off 14 balls. What a murder of T20 cricket. Had 20 20 Pro not hit those quick runs, the Lions might've not scored 100 aswell. Lets see if Vipers could chase it down.
Gary123 and Ashwin came out to open the innings for Vipers. They knew they had a low total to chase down and they seemed to be in no hurry. Ashwin played his shots while Gary123 was happy to nudge the ball around. Ashwin got onto 39 and seemed like getting some momentum. King Cricket came in to deliver. His run up indicated that he was feeling sleepy. Somehow he managed to complete his action and release the ball. Ashwin sighted it as a full toss and gave full swing at it but then he realized that the ball hasn't reached him yet. He swung again and missed it and the ball hit the top of the stumps. Ashwin was dramitcally bowled. WC was overwhelmed by the dismissal, God knows why. He threw off his shirt, trying to immitate Ganguly and started dancing. At the end of 11 overs, Vipers were 78/1. Sashidharan was the next man in. The Vipers played cautiously for the next 2 overs and managed only 8 runs. Once Sashidharan got his eye in, he started to time the ball better and Gary123 was looking in good shape. The next two overs were very productive for the Vipers. They scored 17 runs off them and at the end of 15 overs they were 103/1. The Lions pulled things back and gave away only 2 runs in the next over. Vipers require 26 runs off 4 overs at the rate of 6.50 runs per over. The next over earned 7 runs for the Vipers. Now they require 19 runs off 3 overs. The batsmen played sensible enough and managed 7 runs off the next over aswell. Now they require 12 runs off 12 balls. The batsmen made up their minds and took it to the bowler. In the process Sashidharan lost his wicket but was sucessful to pick up 10 runs off the over. Vipers require just 2 runs off the last over. The Lions huddled up near the stumps and were discussing the strategy. The stump mic was still connected to the loudspeaker and everyone heard that the bowler was instructed not to let the batsmen score these 2 runs. The bowler bangs in a short one, it misses everything and reaches the boundary for four. Thats the end of the game. The bowler did what he was instructed to, he didn't let the batsmen score runs off him. The Lions team would try to be more specific next time and ask the bowler not conceed any run by restricting the batsmen and restricting himself from giving away extras.
Thats all we have it from here. Vipers won the match by 8 wickets. And yes, the question for tonight is, WC performed in the balcony by shaking his huge tummy, would you call it Belly Dancing?
