Currently Pakistan team is at outstanding position, The team is performing consistently, has beaten world number one team England and Sri-Lanka as well which is good team mind you.

Having Foreign Coaches never gone well with Pakistan Team performance wise. There is a big communication gap mostly... plus the clash with the senior players is unavoidable.

If Under Moshin the team is perfoming so consistently. He should continue on full time basis in my view

Thougts?

If he doesn't get the job full time then its a big mistake, he is doing a fantastic job.

Id also say the choice of Misbah as captain has helped, he does a wonderful job as well, no matter how dull he is to watch bat.

Pakistan cricket is very much on the up, and all this positive attention is great to see after the bad attention on the team over the last 18 months. Its great for Pakistan and for cricket in general.

Id hate to see England lose 3-0 in this series, but if it happens then its a big message to the rest of the world.

Lots of quality bowlers, not just Ajmal but the Junaid Khans and Guls are really quality as well, now they just need a couple more batsman to really make that top order solid and then they really will be a quality team,

but other than quality performances and talented players, you need a good coach to guide them in the right direction, and Mohsin has done a great job so far

No doubt that the Capitan takes the major credit... but Coaches also deserve the due one.

Mohsin had applied officially for the coaching job before the England series. He had that internal confidence that he can deliver with this team. I feel that he is doing a tremendous Job. He has the habit of conducting long sessions of meetings but he is very sincere and honest with his work it seems

Only reason he shouldn't be coach is because he doesn't want to do it. Their results speaks for itself and if things are going well then the coach is doing his job.

I think Mohsin is a very strange kind of person. But no denying his effectiveness as the coach. He is doing a fabulous job. I think there is no harm him continue the good work.

If the players are happy with Mohsin, then he ought to be in as as the coach. Remember, before Mohsin, Pakistan had Waqar Younis, who took them to the World Cup semi-finals.
Of late, i.e, the last 2 years, we have seen a relatively calm PCB which has not been picking much on coaches. The captains have changed frequently, but not coaches.
I think the leading contenders are Mohsin and Dav Whatmore.
