Probably that guy needs a trip to the local mental hospital! Since he came to India, why didnt Sharon call a mental hospital 'n admit him? We have a lot of mental hospitals in India!

Seriously, anyone could work at one of those help centres. Even my dog infact.
When someone is ringing up for a problem such as where to find the power key you can always give a common sense answer. Some people who ring up are quite 'dumb.' It's called RTFM.
