The patch doesnt work

hey the patch seems to be ok but after i download da patches n run da file it gives an error saying that canot read fr file :o n all da patches all 23 of them dont work pls fix them up or juss let us know how to solve da problem if u can it would be good to mail me da solution on [email protected]
