D'Lo Wanting Out Already? ROH Growing Quickly + Edge to ROH?

edge.jpg

Does The Ex-Champ want out?

WWE owner Vince McMahon is reportedly worried that top SmackDown! heel, Edge is ready to leave, after being left out of the hunt for the WWE Championship, currently held by Jeff Hardy. He is rumored to have told close friends, including TNA superstars Rhino and Christian Cage, that he wants to join TNA or ROH, ROH may be the place, as Rhino is rumoured to be unhappy at TNA.

D'Lo Brown is supposedly unhappy, and has told ROH management that he wants to leave, only 1 month and a half into his stay. This is supposed to have sent shockwaves backstage, as he had just been given a new plan, which has now been scrapped.

ROH is very close to growing to National, if 5 Star Battle succeeds, word is that they will be on the verge of it, and closer to becoming a direct competitor to Dixie Carter's TNA and Vince McMahon's WWE.

Ring Of Honor: 5 Star Battle Results!

I went to ROH: 5 Star Battle last night, good show, got autographs from London, Shelley, Kingston and Jeff Hardy. Good crowd there aswell.

Aries vs York vs Matthews vs Strong

A dark match to warm the crowd up, good match but the crowd didn't get into it. ***

Alex Shelley and Paul Heyman were backstage, Heyman allowed Shelley to get a Tag Partner to replace Sabin.

Guerrera vs Van Dam

Great match, as the two traded risky moves, Jeff Hardy came down as RVD was about to 5 Star Frog Splash Juventud, and shoved him off and RVD got a Juvi Driver, Hardy then attacked RVD with a chair, before Swanton Bombing him. ***

El Generico laughed at Shelley, and rejected the opportunity at a sot at the ROH tag titles tonight. Hang on.... wasn't El Generico released......?

Kofi Kingston walks up to a dissapointed Shelley and offers to tag with him, Shelley agrees.

Tajiri vs Aries - CAGE MATCH!!

Both men fell off the cage early on, before Tajiri Buzzsaw kicked Aries on top and climbed to the floor for the win *** 1/2

Londrick vs Shelley + Kingston vs Age Of The Fall - Tag Championship Match - Ladder
London got knocked out after a wayward Tiger Suplex from Shelley. Kofex climbed up together and grabbed the belts for the win! Awesome match! ****1/4.

Rob Van Dam uses a bunch of stupid words to tell Hardy next month, he is gonna die.

D'Lo Brown vs Raven - Loser Leaves ROH

Duddish match. D'Lo didn't care. Raven won with the Raven Effect, D'Lo cracked it. **

Crowd loved the Ladder Match, and were really hot for all competitors.

Overall Rating - ***
Attendance: 4127
