This is the message that pops up when i open photoshop cs3. I reinstalled it, did nothing, the message still pops up. So its pretty self explanatory i can't use photoshop while this message is still there 'coz photoshop wont open up. Anyone had this problem before, anyone know how to get it fixed?

Try downloading this and paste them into your photoshop root directory:

Engine3D.DLL ;

PCDLIB32.DLL ;

TLPSPLIB.DLL ;

TLPSPLIB10.DLL ;

You have only some library files missing........!..Oh..! ..!yeah!, You May Get Errors on your photoshop start-Up, But no problem, it works like the magic it was ever before...
