Okay my cricket story is gonna take a break thanks to me ruining the DVD. So I've decided to do a Football one in the meantime.

So here it is...

I will be playing the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea and Real Madrid. I will start it from the Round of 16 stage. I will be using EA's Fifa 07 for the same.

Proper updates and info coming soon.

Chelsea and Real Madrid? It'll be easier for you to just use 1 Vaughany. :)
I am playing on World Class, and I am not very good at it. But I hardly lose in Professional. So just to ensure I atleast have four games to play I've gone with two teams.

lookin forward to it, i hope madrid go further than chelsea

Fabio Capello is building a new Real Madrid side with a lot of youngsters coming in. But this game is going to be tough against Felix McGath's Bayern Munchen side that is determined to win the Champions League for the first time since 2001.

The lineups for the two teams:

The home side Real Madrid are starting with three strikers although Raul will play just behind Higuain and Van Nistelrooy. Reyes, Guti and Diarra in midfield while Ramos, Helguera, World player of the year Fabio Cannavaro, and Roberto Carlos in defence ahead of the excellent Iker Casillas in goal.

Bayern Munich have Makaay and Podolski upfront, with two attacking midfielders in Van Bommel and Bastian Schweinsteiger as the two attacking midfielders. Hargreaves and Demichelis play behind them in a more defensive and holding role while the defence consists of Sagnol, Van Buyten, Lucio and Lahm. The evergreen and ever-reliable Oliver Kahn is keeping goal.

So the players are ready for the game to start...

11th Minute:
Bastian Schweinsteiger breaks through the Madrid defence and takes a shot but is well wide in the end.
