Unable to install the patches

Hi all.... Yesterday, i came across these patches and tried Graphics Importer to install them, as instructed.. But everytime i try, it says "Path\File error" and am not able to install it though i am following the instructions very carefully..

I have an intel 4PC and have win 2000 professional..
I will be highly obliged if someone could solve the problem for me..

Make sure that you have selected the correct .gob file. I also hope that you have read the readme file.
